In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that material located on or linked to by this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to us. To be effective, your notification must include the following information:

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within your judicial district (or the courts located in [Insert State/Country if outside the U.S.]) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA takedown notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter notification, we may restore the removed content at our discretion, unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
